Responsibilities
The administrative coordinator will perform the following tasks:
- Receive Drivers at the window
- Enter Data into the System
- Greet and verify Drivers documents during picks up
Qualifications
The Administrative Coordinator must have the following qualifications:
- Work experience in an administrative position as well as Customer Service
- Good command of computer software
- Resourceful and autonomous
- Must be Bilingual (French and English) *English is required because it is a Canadian company, and internal communication with clients and internal employees can be in English
