Responsibilities
Verify order status
Receive, confirm, and place purchase orders in transit
verify quantities, weights, and product codes to match what is in an order
process invoices
print invoices and attach to backups
download sales reports
email invoice copies daily
follow up with customers in regards to back-orders
prepare stickers for frozen orders to identify the pallets
administrative support and transport
Responsible for schedules of transportation services for the outgoing shipments
research and compare transportation companies to take advantage of favorable rates
Qualifications
- One to three (1-3) years of customer service experience or reception
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional and polite
- Customer-oriented
- Attention to detail
- Experience with logistics considered an asset
