Salary: $45000 - $50,000 per year

Responsibilities
Manage and distribute emails from the mailbox to the correct department
Collects telephone calls and transfers them to the appropriate department.
Approve supplier invoices, purchase orders, and transportation invoices.
Match purchase orders with corresponding invoices.
Classify documents
Data entry
Carry out other related tasks according to business needs.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Bilingualism both oral and written
Good knowledge of the Ms Office Suite
Experience in a similar role is an asset.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
