Flexible schedule: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (40 hours/week).
1 hour lunch per day.

Responsibilities
Management of emails and the director's calendar.
Processing invoices and updating customer accounts.
Management of incoming calls and redirection to the right people.
Mail processing and petty cash management.
Make deposits and manage accounts payable.
Track freight claims and daily delivery summaries.
Propose improvements to optimize administrative processes.
Collaborate with the team to understand center operations, products and suppliers.
Coordination of one-off events: trade shows, customer events, etc.
Qualifications
Professional experience in a similar position
Bilingualism (French and English), both written and spoken
Good knowledge of computers:
MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Advanced Excel
Sense of priorities, sense of urgency and initiative
Team spirit
