Responsibilities
Provide administrative support in scheduling and coordinating appointments
Assist with payroll administration, ensuring accurate data entry and processing
Take meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant parties
Create and maintain personnel files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and confidential
Perform general office tasks such as filing, faxing, and organizing documents
Assist with additional administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
Previous administrative experience (preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Experience with scheduling, payroll, and minute taking is highly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Flexible and adaptable, with the potential to increase hours to 5 days per week
