-Manage phone calls and incoming emails, ensuring prompt follow-up.

-Track office supply orders and other necessary equipment for the smooth operation of the company.
-Organize deliveries and receive goods.
-Provide administrative support to various departments.
Qualifications
-2 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
-Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
-Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
-Bilingualism required (French/English).
