This is what your daily life will look like:
Under the responsibility of the warehouse manager, your work as a receptionist/administrative assistant will ensure the smooth running of the company's daily activities so that customers can receive their merchandise within reasonable timeframes!

Answer calls approximately 30 calls/day
Visitors' reception
Entering purchase orders, monitoring deliveries
Price list to update
Printing orders received by representatives and distributing to the correct department
Working in collaboration with the warehouse
All other related tasks
Qualifications
Required requirements:
-Diploma of Secondary Education;
-Bilingualism (French-English);
-Experience in a similar position
-Excellent organizational skills;
-Attention to details;
-Able to work in a team in a fast-paced work environment;
-Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word and Excel);
-Good analytical sense, dynamism, enthusiasm.
