Advantages
- Monday to Thursday - Part Time
- Hours: 8:00am-12:00 pm
- $24/hour
- In office - Markham
- Start: April 29th - 2 weeks
Responsibilities
Managing and replenishing office supplies as needed
Occasionally assisting with event preparation, including arranging approximately 30 chairs in the kitchen area
Distributing access cards to visitors and staff
Coordinating the setup of boardrooms and meeting spaces
Handling minimal phone duties, primarily related to call management and forwarding
Qualifications
Experience:
1-2 years of administrative or office support experience.
Skills:
Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent; some roles may require a degree or certification in administration or business.
Attention to Detail:
Ability to manage schedules, files, and office resources efficiently and accurately.
Problem-Solving:
Capable of addressing administrative challenges with creative solutions.
Team Collaboration:
Ability to work well with teams and provide support to multiple departments or leaders.
