Responsibilities
Administrative Assistant / Contract / 25 à 29$/h
- Manage compliance activities using Planner 365.
- Organize and prioritize communications in the email inbox.
- Draft and distribute engaging newsletters.
- Prepare and update compliance reports.
- Record and distribute detailed meeting minutes.
- Keep compliance documents organized and up to date.
- Support formatting and provide translation for documents as needed.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistant / Contract / 25 à 29$/h
- Proficiency in written and read English; bilingualism in French is an asset.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Planner 365 and office tools.
- Ability to work independently and in-office when required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent multitasking abilities.
