Responsibilities
Administrative Assistant / Contract / 25 à 29$/h
- Update and format administrative documents in both English and French versions.
- Perform accurate and consistent translations.
- Provide feedback or comments on translations that may require adjustments, addressing previous update inconsistencies.
- Use AI tools and other resources to improve efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly SharePoint, Word, and PDF.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistant / Contract / 25 à 29$/h
- Bilingualism in English and French (written and read) is essential.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (training provided), SharePoint, Word, and PDF.
- Ability to work hybrid hours and attend the office 2 days/week.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent document formatting capabilities.
