- Manage administration mailbox
- Account for supplier invoices after matching them with purchase orders
-Data entry through excel
purchase orders and proof of receipt of stock
- Customer collection
- Filing customer invoices, supplier invoices
- Answering the telephone
- Prepare invoices in computer system Pronoun
- Excel spreadsheets
- Help and assistance to sales and purchasing colleagues (scanning, copying, data entry
Internet searches, etc.)
- Account for cash receipts and make bank deposits
- Any other related tasks
Qualifications
- Experience in administration and data entry
- Good judgment
- Very resourceful
- Initiative
- Reliable
- Precision and meticulousness
- Skilled with Excel, Word, Internet, e-mail management, accounting software
- At ease in a noisy environment
- Understanding of debits and credits
- Relevant experience of at least a few months
