Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries.
Manage office supplies and ensure the reception area is neat and welcoming.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Maintain office organization by ensuring all office equipment is functioning and available.
Provide support to various departments as needed, including handling administrative tasks for team members.
Assist with other office duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (phones, fax, photocopier).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
