Advantages

Responsibilities
- Assist in the drafting, revision and verification of documents for customers or other business partners.
- Provide administrative support in preparing meetings and drafting minutes.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department by entering data into Sage software.
- Support the management team in certain aspects of their work organization, in the organization of meetings, in the production of presentations and reports or in certain special projects.
- Perform general clerical and secretarial work. Prepare correspondence and various documents using the Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Qualifications
Education and experience
- Secretarial diploma or other relevant training;
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within a management team;
- Experience in real estate (an asset).
Professional skills and aptitudes
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously;
- Ability to prioritize requests;
- Excellent writing and editing skills;
- On a daily basis, this position requires the ability to communicate both orally and in writing, in French and English, with business partners. It also requires providing administrative support, while maintaining confidentiality with business partners.
The main tasks of the position therefore require being bilingual, French and English, in order to fulfill the responsibilities of the position and support the management team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Professionalism and diplomacy;
- Autonomy and ability to work with minimum supervision;
- Mastery of technology in general and specifically of Microsoft Office 365 software tools (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook)
