Responsibilities
As part of the team your main functions will be :
-Sends collection emails to customers with copies of invoices
-Sends follow up reminders and final notices
-Calls customers for collection attempts/discussions and administrative details (e.g. contact e-mail addresses)
-Answers customer requests related to outstanding invoices
-Communicates with other colleagues and departments internally to gather missing information and support in dispute resolution
-Tracks and updates progress in excel spreadsheets with comments
Qualifications
Good oral and written communication skills, bilingualism required
Sense of priorities
Autonomy, team spirit, attention to detail, organization, resourcefulness, confidentiality, boldness and proactivity are welcome!
Excellent communication skills.
