Responsibilities
-Preparing transfer documentation and closely monitoring the progress of all transfers
-Timely processing of transactions and conducting close follow-up using internal systems
-Detailed entry of client discussions, client meetings and logging of all client communications
-Preparing and editing correspondence, communications and other documents
-Developing a keen knowledge and understanding of applicable Compliance regulations and addressing various Compliance reports
-Managing executive’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
-Closely monitoring and managing executive’s emails
-Replying professionally to client inquiries either electronically, in person or by telephone
-Prepare materials required for client meetings
-Communication with clients
-Answering incoming calls, receiving and interacting with clients
Qualifications
-Bilingual English and French
-At least 2-3 years experience of administrative skills
-Experience in the financial services background an asset
-Strong attention to detail
-Good customer service skills
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word,, Excel and Outlook)
