This full time contract role supporting the EA team with administrative duies. The position is also fundamental in assisting different areas of the business, ensuring everything is going according to plan. This opportunity would be with a large organization in Burlington, which would allow you the ability to network!

Advantages
- $27-$30/hr based on experience
- 3 month contract with the opportunity to be extended
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Hybrid after training, 2 days in office and 3 days work from home
- Work for a large well known global company
Responsibilities
- Manage internal and external meeting details including lunches, meeting room scheduling,
materials and room preparation.
- Manage in a timely and fiscally responsible manner travel arrangements including hotel,
flight, car rental and restaurant reservations as needed
- Answer telephones and directs calls to the appropriate person
- Supporting planning and executing of company events
- Sending correspondence such as new letters, email memos, meeting planning and follow up
- Submitting expenses
- Data entry using Excel and Workday
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience in EA and/or administration
- Intermediate computer processing skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Outgoing personality that makes great first impressions
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to exhibit diplomacy and tact in dealing with a wide variety of people and positions
- Welcoming attitude and eager to learn
