Responsibilities
-Provide general administrative support, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
-Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
-Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
-Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
-Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant materials.
-Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and deliveries.
-Assist with inventory management, including ordering office supplies and monitoring stock levels.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
-Perform data entry (Excel)
-Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and employee engagement activities.
-Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
Qualifications
-Perfectly Bilingual in French and English
-5 years experience in a similar position
-Experience in the construction industry an asset
-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
-Excellent command of MS Office suite (particularly Excel)
-Proficiency in online research tools
-Ability to learn new computer tools
