Responsibilities
-Manage the reception and departure of visitors
-Answer the phone, direct calls, and manage the voicemail
-Handle incoming and outgoing mail (Canada Post, UPS, Purolator)
-Manage the email inbox
-Ensure internal mail delivery between the two neighboring buildings
-File administrative documents (e.g., production files, paper invoices)
-Process billing
-Provide administrative support to various departments (accounting, HR, sales, etc.)
-Participate in inventory management
-Participate in Social Club committees
-Perform all other related tasks
Qualifications
-Certification as an administrative assistant
-Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written)
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, -Teams)
-Enjoys interpersonal relationships
-Attention to detail
-Warm and friendly
