Responsibilities
- Direct requests to the appropriate people or departments.
- Handle requests and correspondence via email.
- Organize and schedule internal and external meetings.
- Assist the VP with administrative tasks.
- Organize and coordinate shipments and deliveries.
- Data entry.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth processes.
Qualifications
-Bilingual French-English: Ability to communicate effectively in both languages, both orally and in writing.
-Experience in a manufacturing environment: Knowledge and experience in production and logistics settings.
-3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role: Strong background in administrative management and logistics.
-Versatility: Ability to adapt to various tasks and work on multiple fronts simultaneously.
