The role would be providing administrative support to the current tax preparer. Successful applicants will have a minimum of 2 years of general administrative experience. In addition if you have a excellent communication, organizational and time management skills we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
- Internal management and intake of personal tax documents
- Navigation / retrieval of data from CRA Represent a Client service
- Import of CRA data into TaxPrep software
- Digitization of physical documents
- Management of digital files, maintaining file organization
- Creating file directories using CaseWare software
- Other responsibilities/duties as required
Qualifications
• Effective communication skills (verbal, written, electronic)
• Must have access to CRA and possess a My Account with CRA
• Solid knowledge and skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Proficient keyboarding skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks
• Excellent time management skills (organization & prioritization)
