Responsibilities
Manages all aspects of the leaders' calendars; proactively anticipates the needs of the leaders; monitors, prioritizes, and/or responds to leaders' emails; supports events and activities for the leaders' team; coordinates meetings (agendas, presentations, reports); assists in report and communication preparation and distribution; manages the administrative budget; assists other leaders as needed; performs other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
College diploma in office technology or administration, or equivalent; minimum 2+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders; excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and PowerPoint); self-starter who proactively identifies and executes on opportunities to improve team functioning; ability to prioritize tasks; excellent organizational skills; accuracy and attention to detail; experience in the Financial Industry preferred.
