• Produce and verify purchase orders, obtain approval, track invoices, close orders, transmit information to accounting, and file documentation.
• Other related tasks.
Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Experience in property management.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Customer service-oriented.
• Demonstrates autonomy and interpersonal skills.
