The Administration Support must consistently offer support to their colleagues and be willing to adjust their accountabilities as required to meet workload demands.

Key Responsibilities:
Courses Administration:
• Start and end of all courses, including document collection, scheduling, updating files and recording keeping and issuing certificates.
• Cross-check files and keep records.
• Conduct course moderations.
• Arrange specialized training as required.
• Customer Satisfaction:
• Prioritize daily duties to meet customer expectations and requirements according to the policy manual, and processes.
• Offer support to colleagues when required.
Communication and Responsiveness:
• Respond to all internal and customer inquiries within 24 hours.
• Always ensure reachability during working hours through Teams message, call, phone call or text.
• Respond to all contacts within one hour of receipt.
Task Completion:
• Complete all work responsibilities as defined by the ICD document, company policy manual, and job description with minimal reminders, or within 24 hours of receiving a reminder from the Training Manager.
Customer Feedback:
• Consistently meet customer requirements, as evidenced by positive feedback and minimal complaints.
• Achieve a customer satisfaction rate with no more than one complaint per month.
• Promptly address and resolve any customer complaints within 24 hours to the customer's satisfaction.
Audits and Findings:
• Answer all internal and external audit findings within the required time frame with a goal of having no repeat findings.
• Regularly track and record the progress of audit findings answered within the stipulated time and number of repeat findings.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with office administration processes and procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Bilingual (French and English) to collaborate with client/coworkers
