⏰ Regular hours: 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (full-time or part-time depending on your availability)
📍 100% on-site work – Drummondville
📆 6-month contract with possibility of extension
🧑🏫 Training provided on site
Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative support to the Health and Safety team
Conduct daily and monthly walkthroughs to ensure equipment compliance
Manage and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE)
Coordinate physiotherapy appointments and internal communications in the plant
Prepare presentations, reports, charts, meeting notes, and other documentation
Attend and support various meetings as needed
Assist with calendar management, communications, and travel arrangements
Support the integration of new tools and health & safety processes
🎯 Your versatility and attention to detail will be your greatest assets!
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Excellent command of French (English is an asset – bilingualism preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong sense of autonomy, organization, and attention to detail
