Responsibilities
-Greet our guests and report their arrival to the appropriate people, Unpack and distribute mail, Receive and distribute delivered merchandise (coffee, paper towels, paper, pencils, etc.)
-Prepare mailings and couriers with our puro, fedex, etc. accounts, -Ordering office supplies, coffee and other kitchen supplies.
-Scanning invoices for accounts payable and maintaining an up-to-date register, light kitchen maintenance (emptying dishwashers, refilling coffee machines, etc.) Ordering meals or catering for our guests and managing reservations for our conference rooms.
- Receptionist duties of answering the phones
- Light data entry tasks
- Follow up with internal departments
Qualifications
-Experience as an admin or reception with 2-5 years experience
-Fluently Bilinguial English and French (spoken and written)
- Good communication skills in English & French
- Great attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Must be adaptive
- Resourceful, reliable, meticulous
- Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must have a car
