Responsibilities
-Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
-Answer incoming phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate person
-Manage the president’s calendar and appointments
-Coordinate conference room bookings
-Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
-Perform administrative tasks for the Estimating Department: manage the email inbox, enter data, review and prepare documents
-Collaborate with various departments to ensure an efficient workflow
-Manage inventory and restocking of office, kitchen, and stationery supplies
Qualifications
-College diploma (DEC) in administration or a related field
-Experience in a similar administrative role
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
-Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
-Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
-Attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability
-Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite
-Knowledge of the construction industry (an asset)
