Responsibilities
-Manage phone calls, emails, and administrative correspondence.
-Prepare, file, and archive administrative documents related to construction projects (contracts, permits, invoices, etc.).
-Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings (with clients, suppliers, subcontractors).
-Prepare and submit estimates and quotes for construction projects.
-Follow up on tenders and submissions with suppliers and subcontractors.
Qualifications
-Education in administration, management, or a related field (experience in the construction sector is a plus).
-Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) and project management software.
-Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
-Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
