Due to the expansion of the company, a Receptionist - Assistant position has been created to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks and welcoming our customers with professionalism and a warm touch.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities:
-Welcome visitors and receive phone calls (approximately 15 calls per day).
-Transfer calls and manage internal communication.
-Ensure administrative tasks to support different departments as needed (data entry, document preparation, creation of Word templates).
-Manage the meeting room calendar and organize reservations.
-Ensure management of the printer and supervise the purchase of office supplies and stationery.
Qualifications
Required requirements:
-High school diploma;
-Bilingualism (French-English);
-Experience in a similar position
-Excellent organizational skills;
-Attention to details;
-Able to work in a team in a fast-paced work environment;
-Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word and Excel);
-Good analytical sense, dynamism, enthusiasm.
