Responsibilities
1. Greets customers and/or receives requests and complaints by telephone, mail or at the counter.

Qualifications
DEC in architecture or urban planning
2 to 3 years' experience in a similar position
Spoken and written French and English
Knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Good administrative and customer service experience.
