Responsibilities
-Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
-Manage communication, including emails and phone calls, with clients and team members.
-Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
-Maintain accurate records and documentation.
-Support scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings.
-Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Word and the use of Google Drive.
- Comfortable with computer based Multitasking, “Alt+Tab”, managing multiple windows and web-based catalogs.
- Learning in-person, through reference material and flow charts.
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service on the phone and in-person.
- Ability to perform administrative tasks such as completing transactions on the computerized register, performing close-out procedures, running requested reports, pulling up Inventory counts, and light housekeeping duties.
- Continuous repetitive movement with fingers, hands, wrists and arms.
- Ability to communicate with guests regarding services offered and requested and the guest’s needs and wants.
