Position: Accounting receivable technician
6 month contract with possibility of permanence
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Salary: 60,000$ to 70,000$

Our client is looking for an Accounts receivable technician with 3-5 years of experience who could assist with billing, cash applications, reconciliations, collections and more! The ideal candidate would have experience with Sage, Salesforce or Acumatica, experience working with multiple currencies US/CAD/EURO and client portals, and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage the entire accounts receivable cycle
- Manage client invoicing / billing
- Apply payments to proper accounts ( wire transfers / credit cards / paypall and more)
- Collections calls and emails
- Manage AR through client portals
Qualifications
- 3-5 + years of experience in a relevant role
- Proficiency in Sage 300, Salesforce, or Acumatica
- Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a functional french
- Must have a positive attitude and be passionate about accounts receivables!
