Responsibilities
Generate and issue invoices for delivered goods.
Apply all incoming payments (wires, money orders, credit cards, cash) from multiple bank accounts in accordance
with financial policies and procedures.
Issue monthly statements to customers and provide support services.
Assist in opening new accounts with credit application and maintain up-to-date customer information in the
database including credit controls (limits, releases, hold flags)
Track and follow up with clients on overdue invoices to ensure payment collection.
Participate in the audit of year-end financial statements.
Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly recorded and resolve
issues as necessary.
Process Accounts receivable adjustments and refunds.
Manage accounts receivable aging, which includes weekly reviews, write-offs and/or investigations.
Qualifications
For the Accounts Receivable Technician position, you have:
2 to 3 years experience in accounts receivable
Excellent communication skills in French and English
DEP, AEC or equivalent diploma
Knowledge of Excel
