Overview:
As part of the accounting department, you’ll play a key role in managing client accounts and ensuring timely payment collection. You will handle follow-ups with clients, maintain accurate records, and collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve billing issues, all while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Schedule: 40h/week, flexible schedule depending on team (start at 8 or 9 a.m.)
Remote work : Hybrid
Responsibilities
Proactively follow up with clients on outstanding balances
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and formal reminders
Address inquiries quickly—within 24 hours
Negotiate and monitor payment arrangements
Maintain and update client account information and credit approvals
Process and reconcile payments; handle bank deposits
Prepare and analyze reports on AR performance and payment trends
Apply company credit policies and suggest risk mitigation measures
Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve account issues
Qualifications
Key Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Familiarity with various ERP systems and good Excel skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
Comfortable working under deadlines and in a team environment
Qualifications:
DEP in accounting or related training
Previous experience in AR or collections is considered an asset
