Reconciling vendor statements and payables
Reviewing and reconciling the open receipt
Reconciling GL Accounts related to payables
Investigating discrepancies
High volume of invoices and P/O matching
Dealing with invoice discrepancies related to price and quantity
Excel based record management and reconciliations
Full accounts payable cycle
Qualifications
AEC/DEC in Accounting
3-5 years of relative experience
Experience working with D365 (an Asset)
Proficient with Excel
Bilingual
