Responsibilities
- Supervise and process vendor and subcontractor invoices, ensuring timely payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain transaction records and generate monthly reports.
- Set up vendors and P.O.s in the AP system and coordinate with stakeholders on expense allocations.
- Manage billing and collections for residential leases.
- Monitor AR aging, manage overdue accounts, and ensure accurate payment recording.
- Set up vendors and P.O.s in the AR system and handle account reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports and support audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
- Take the lead on special accounting projects and assist as needed.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years leading AP/AR teams
- Experience working in Residential Management
- Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
