Responsibilities
✔️Manage accounts payable, from receiving and issuing invoices to processing payments on time;
✔️Post invoices in the accounting system and proactively perform accounts payable and receivable tasks, including analysis and reconciliation;
✔️Rigorously monitor invoices awaiting approval in collaboration with the various departments, and support them in handling their invoices;
✔️Manage sales tax claims;
✔️Ensure accurate entry of accounting data;
✔️Produce ad hoc analyses and perform any other related tasks requested by his/her superior.
Qualifications
🔹Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a similar role, including mastery of the full accounts payable cycle;
🔹Degree in accounting (an asset);
🔹Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics software;
🔹Excellent command of written and spoken French;
🔹Ability to work independently;
🔹Thoroughness and attention to detail in the execution of tasks;
🔹Ability to collaborate effectively with team members;
🔹Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
