Responsibilities
Verify accuracy of check deposit batches and ensure timely bank deposits.
Coordinate with procurement to manage supplier accounts and verify information.
Match purchase orders with invoices, resolve discrepancies, and input approved invoices.
Identify and apply invoice discounts, process weekly check runs, and verify bank uploads.
Reconcile supplier statements with payment records and resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain and reconcile petty cash weekly.
Review and verify sales representatives' expense reports.
Ensure transport provisions are correctly entered and adjusted if needed.
Provide requested information to auditors.
Perform other tasks as directed by the Accounts Receivable/Payable Supervisor or Senior Management.
Qualifications
High school diploma or DEC
Minimum of two years of relevant experience/training or equivalent education and professional experience.
