We are looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. This role is crucial to managing the full-cycle accounts payable process in a high-volume environment, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

Responsibilities
Process a high volume of invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Manage the full AP cycle, from invoice receipt to payment, including matching, batching, coding, and entering invoices
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely approvals and payment processing
Prepare and execute weekly payment runs (ACH, wires, checks)
Maintain vendor files and support month-end closing activities
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in accounts payable
Technical skills:
Knowledge of NetSuite software.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP searches.
Languages: Bilingual in French and English, with daily use of these languages.
