We are looking for an AP technician to join the team ; The ideal candidate would have over 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable, having done 3 way matching with purchase orders, seen inter-company transactions, worked with multiple currencies (CAD/USD) and have experience with credit card expenses. Weekly volume is of about 100 invoices, all to be entered into the system Oracle.

-Process 100+ invoices on a weekly basis
-3 way matching with POs
-Manage multi-currency transactions
-G/L writing
-Government sales tax reports
-Process expense reports ( car / mileage )
-Other AP Ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications
- 5 + years in a relevant role
- Bilingualism, with a functional French (7/10)
- Experience with 3 way matching / multi currency / intercos
- Experience with Oracle
- Intermediate level Excel
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
