Responsibilities
- Tackle vendor accounts and statements, ensuring all payments are spot-on and any discrepancies get quickly resolved.
- Keep accounts payable reports fresh and up-to-date, making sure invoices are processed on time, every time.
- Double-check, verify, and process invoices with precision, making sure everything’s in order for approval.
- Input invoice details into the accounting system and ensure everything posts correctly.
- Make sure invoices are paid promptly, following company policies and deadlines.
- Ready to take on a high volume of invoices and keep things running smoothly day in and day out!
- Be the go-to contact for vendors, answering questions about payment statuses, discrepancies, and any account issues.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with vendors, so we can solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Lend a hand with various accounting tasks and exciting special projects as they come up.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced accounts payable role
- Familiarity with MS Dynamics? Even better!
- Strong communication skills to keep things clear and connected
- A solid understanding of corporate accounting and finance, with the ability to easily collaborate across teams – definitely a plus!
