Responsibilities
- Responsibilities for Accounts Payable Clerk:
- Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring proper approvals and PO matching
- Maintain accurate vendor records and verify account details
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Manage approval workflows and employee expense reimbursements
- Reconcile vendor statements, corporate credit cards, and month-end accruals
- Prepare payment proposals and initiate payments
- Ensure accurate invoice coding and maintain data integrity
- Support additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of recent accounts payable experience
- Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles
- High accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP experience is an asset
