Responsibilities
Process and manage vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company
policies.
• Verify and reconcile discrepancies between purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
• Review and process employee expense reports.
• Handle all incoming inquiries related to accounts payable from vendors and internal
departments in both English and French.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices, adhering to payment terms.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes by ensuring all accounts payable
transactions are accurately recorded.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve invoice discrepancies or payment issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and sensitive data.
• Perform other administrative duties related to accounts payable as needed.
• Reconcile statements.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and French is a MUST.
• Great understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines as directed by management.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both
languages with vendors and internal stakeholders.
