Advantages
Permanent position from day one
35-hour workweek
Monday to Thursday: In-office (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
Friday: Remote work, finish by 1:00 PM (valid year-round)
Vacation: 2 weeks (3rd week negotiable)
Medical and dental insurance (70% covered)
Group RRSP (2.5% contribution)
Location: 200 meters from Atwater metro station
Responsibilities
Invoice entry and processing (digitized)
Approval, coding, and tracking
Supplier and accounts payable management
Account reconciliations
Managing a high volume of emails and frequent follow-ups
Internal customer service, focused on collaboration and communication
Qualifications
Relevant accounts payable experience
Experience with a high volume of invoices
Ability to work well in a team
Proactive and meticulous
Strong customer service orientation
Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP)
Knowledge of Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics (a plus)
Bilingual in French/English
