Responsibilities
Here’s an overview of the responsibilities associated with this Accounting Technician role in Montreal:
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts receivable and payable (AR/AP).
- Oversee payables, receivables, and transactions related to assets and facilities.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
- Perform general accounting tasks and produce financial reports.
- Accurately prepare and file tax returns within deadlines.
Qualifications
Here’s what we’re looking for in candidates for this unique opportunity in Montreal:
- Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as an Accounting Technician (experience in real estate or technology is an asset).
- Bilingual (French and English), with a primarily Francophone work environment.
- Experience with NetSuite is a significant asset.
- Versatile, autonomous, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
