Responsibilities
The Accounting Technician in Baie-d'Urfé will work on the complete accounting cycle, including:
Collecting accounts receivable
Verify and invoice service supplies and work orders
Participate in accounts payable processing (input, coding, communication),
Produce expense accounts for management personnel
Validate government certifications (CNESST, Revenu Québec, etc.);
Make month-end entries (accruals, amortization, exchange rates, etc.).
Prepare inventory reports, reconciliations, reconcile inter-company balances and create Concur accounts.
Qualifications
The accounting technician seeks:
Holds a DEP or AEC, in accounting, bureaucratics or equivalent;
Has 2 years of relevant experience;
Has worked with a computerized accounting system (ERP)
Knowledge of a CRM, an asset;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Excel intermediate;
Advanced knowledge of French and functional English
