Responsibilities
Full-cycle management of accounts payable and receivable
Recording of routine transactions and payment tracking
Performing bank reconciliations and tax declarations (TPS-TVQ) for two entities
Intercompany billing and preparation of first drafts of monthly financial statements
Analyzing expenses vs budget and comparing variances with previous years
Daily tracking and reconciliation of investment transactions in the investment management platform
Monthly closure of investment portfolios (70 accounts), data extraction, and importation into Sage Impacc
Analyzing anomalies, validating data, and updating investments monthly/quarterly
Qualifications
5 years of experience in accounting, ideally in an in-house role
A degree in accounting
Proven excellent job stability
Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and anomaly management
Curious, proactive, and autonomous
Ability to interact and collaborate effectively within a team
Advanced knowledge of Excel (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas)
Knowledge of Sage Impacc and an investment management platform is a plus
Good written and spoken English (documents and suppliers in English)
