Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable
Balance daily cash reports
Identify cash deficits and surpluses in order to justify variances and balance the accounts;
Record income related to cash reports;
Prepare and make weekly deposits and record cash receipts according to deposits made;
Prepare cash receipt information for the monthly bank reconciliation and submit to the Finance Manager;
Receive and sort mail received daily and forward it to the right person;
Prepare reports for senior management as required;
Assist management with all other related tasks and special projects.
Qualifications
- DEC, AEC, DEP in accounting or administration
- French speaking
- Intermediate level Excel
- Good attention to detail
