Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the Accounting Clerk position:
• Enter accounting entries (customer and supplier invoices);
• Assist with bank reconciliations;
• Participate in payment management;
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, following up on payments when necessary;
• Collaborate with the parts and sales department;
• Work with the accounting team to ensure compliance with current standards.
Qualifications
We are looking for an Accounting Clerk with the following qualifications:
• DEP, AEC, or DEC in Accounting;
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable and receivable;
• Previous experience in the automotive industry (a significant advantage);
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel;
• Proactive and detail-oriented work ethic.
