Full-cycle AR: Post daily EFT/ACH payments, release orders based on credit history, reconcile accounts, and prepare AR ageing & statements.
Full-cycle AP: Match POs to invoices, code taxes/GL accurately, schedule disbursements, and clear month-end vendor accounts.
Issue resolution: Investigate discrepancies, customer quality claims, and credit memos; partner with sales & customer service to drive collections.
Front-desk support: Rotate greeting visitors and triaging calls to ensure a seamless office experience.
Month-end & ad-hoc: Assist with journal entries, GL clean-up, special reports, and ERP-migration tasks as assigned by the Controller.

Accounting diploma/certificate plus 1–3 years of AP/AR experience in manufacturing or a similar high-volume environment.
Advanced Excel (pivots, lookups) and comfort with ERP systems—Dynamics BC or Sage 50 an asset.
Clear, professional English communication and a collaborative mindset.
Ability to juggle tight deadlines with impeccable accuracy and confidentiality.
Reliable transportation to commute daily to the plant (not on a transit route).
