We are currently recruiting for a 2 month contract, full-time Accounting Clerk in Burlington. You would be working with an established car dealership and have opportunity for the contract to be extended. In this position, you would be reporting to the Controller and working with administrative team while collaborating with other departments.
The ideal candidate would be a recent graduate from an accounting program and/or have experience in administration or accounting. Advantages

- $20/hr
- Monday – Friday 9am - 3pm with a half hour lunch
- Ability to work independently and with a friendly, welcoming team
- Training will be provided
- Great location right off the highway
Responsibilities
- Processing daily cash board, balancing and reviewing bank deposits
- Posting invoices
- Invoice and payroll data entry
- Entering vehicle information for lease buyouts
- Supporting month end tasks
- Other administrative tasks as requested
Qualifications
- New grad or experience with administration
- Experience with accounting is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Tech savvy and ability to learn internal software's quickly
- Must be comfortable working independently and a team
- Must be reliable, dedicated, and punctual
